Three Weeks is run in Denmark by: Three Weeks IVS, CVR number 3869 1449, Krimsvej 11A, 2.th, 2300 Copenhagen S.

These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases of goods on Three Weeks for delivery in Denmark, except for Greenland and the Faroe Islands, Inside EU and outside of EU.
Ordering and payment
Threeweekshop.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, we may close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop at Threeweekshop.com, you must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept. If you have not reached the age of 18, you can still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance and / or otherwise have the legal right to sign up.
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can always correct the contents of the shopping cart, right up to the payments. And you can always see all content and the price of the goods.
Any additional payments of freight and debit card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click "To checkout" where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, form of payment and choose delivery form.
You can change content in the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking the "Order and Pay" button. Then your order goes on to Three Weeks and can no longer be changed.
You are required to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you provide can not be confirmed, Three Weeks reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.
Cancellation of orders
Three Weeks can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation should arise, as any payment or reservation made on a payment will be returned / canceled.
Receipt of order and order confirmation
Once you have ordered an item with us, you will receive a receipt per. mail that we have accepted your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been made once you have received an order confirmation / sales receipt from us. Exhibition of items on the online store is not an offer but an invitation to make an offer.
14 days full return
Don't like what you see? Don't worry. You have 14 days from the date you received your package to exchange or return. Send back your return within 14 days together with a filled out form, that you will receive together with your package.
Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. All packaging on beauty products must not be broken. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
Your package should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted as a return, and will be sent back to the customer. If you are in doubt, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service: email@example.com
Please note that all returns outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
How to return
If you wish to return your package, send back your return within 14 days together with a filled out form, that you will receive together with your package.

Please note that when you return your package, you have the responsibility of the package until we receive it. We recommend you to hold on to your shipping receipt and send with track&trace.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
When you return your package, you have the responsibility of the package until we receive it. We recommend you to hold on to your shipping receipt and send with track&trace.
How to exchange
To exchange an item, request a return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and specifying the new size that you require. If we don't have the requested size in stock, we will not be able to do the exchange.
Reclamations are accepted within a period of 24 months. Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged when you receive the item, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through our Customer Service: email@example.com and send the faulty goods back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you discover an accepted fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

To be able to shop on Threeweekshop.com, you must provide at least the following information:

If you have created a login to be able to do self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us.
Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Possible disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law currently in force.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact email@example.com. If we fail to find a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions are met, submit a complaint to consumer Complaints Board. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for lodging a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a resident of another EU country. Complaints are submitted here. When submitting a complaint, please state our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Law and jurisdiction
Purchases of goods on Threeweekshop.com are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
Privacy and Cookies
1. We take privacy very seriously. All customer data are saved and processed by / solely in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. In particular, personal data are being collected, saved, and used exclusively for the purpose of processing the order or with your explicit consent. Furthermore, addresses and ordering data are collected, processed and used for internal marketing purposes. We do not store personal data longer than is absolutely required.
2. In case you would prefer your personal data not to be used, processed, and transmitted for marketing purposes, simply inform us by post or email at email@example.com. Please be aware, however, that this does not apply to the data that are necessary to process your order. Upon receipt of your notice, we will only use, process and transmit your data in order to process the latter. In addition, your information will not be used for advertising actions.
3. We do not forward personal data to third parties except with regard to subcontractors of / that require the transfer of data to process the order. In these cases, however, the scope of the data transfer is restricted to the required minimum.
6. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States .
In case IP-anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the whole IP address will be first transfered to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP-anonymisation is active on this website.
Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing them other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
