Three Weeks receive payment with MobilePay, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners Club. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

Three Weeks uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information can not be read.
14 days full return
Don't like what you see? Don't worry. You have 14 days from the date you received your package to exchange or return. Send back your return within 14 days together with a filled out form, that you will receive together with your package.
Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. All packaging on beauty products must not be broken. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
Your package should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted as a return, and will be sent back to the customer. If you are in doubt, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that all returns outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
How to return

Please note that when you return your package, you have the responsibility of the package until we receive it. We recommend you to hold on to your shipping receipt and send with track&trace.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

How to exchange
To exchange an item, request a return by sending an email to email@example.com and specifying the new size that you require. If we don't have the requested size in stock, we will not be able to do the exchange.
Reclamations are accepted within a period of 24 months. Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged when you receive the item, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through our Customer Service: firstname.lastname@example.org and send the faulty goods back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you discover an accepted fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
